My name is Res Niemeyer. From 2006 to 2021, I worked part-time as a freelance photographer, undertaking assignments for both private and corporate clients, primarily in people photography. Today, I have shifted my focus to specialize in landscape photography.
My journey with photography began at a young age. When I was thirteen, my parents gifted me a camera they had purchased at an auction in Sweden. It was an analog pocket camera with cartridge film, and my first subjects were the enchanting Swedish forests. This initial fascination quickly grew into a profound passion for photography.
Over the years, I have nurtured and developed this passion, largely through self-teaching. To elevate my skills to a professional level, I completed the "Diploma Course - Photography" at KV Baden from 2013 to 2014. Alongside my photography, I pursued a degree in business information technology. Today, my primary occupation is leading the IT department for an independent engineering, planning, and consulting company.
